price are reasonable, but they could be more competitive. I sometimes find similar items for chapter at other online retailers.

I've had mixed experiences with Lillypretty's customer service. Sometimes they're very helpful, but other times they've been slow to respond or haven't been able to resolve my issue.

The website was very easy to access and the ordering was very straightforward. The product arrived very quickly. Very happy customer. Thank you. I would highly recommend.

Packaging could be better. Some items arrived slightly wrinkled from lilipretty.

The person I emailed for an exchange was prompt in their responses, but impersonal, contradictory, and confusing. I thought I was emailing with AI for that reason.

Great company Please use U S Postal Service exclusively. My wife received his delivery 9 days faster than I did- USPS vs UPS
