I purchased a dress. It was too small. They refused to refund the purchase, send a different size, or basically deal with the issue. They offered $3.00 to keep the dress or send it back to China, and they said it would not arrive due to tariffs and cargo issues. So, $3.00 for $46.98 expense.

Worst Company ever . Never received my ordered & now can't get any response on email . Of course no phone to call . Lesson learn !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CONPANY !! After reading some of these reviews im going to turn them into the Better Business Bureau!! I just want my refund !!

The sweater I purchased looked nothing like the picture. The picture displayed a thick bulky sweater. The sweater I received was thin misshapen and wrinkled. Do not buy anything from this company they scam you. The merchandise you receive will not be like the picture at all.

Really do not order anything from this company. I ordered something for my niece and their photographs are nothing like the Quality of the actual products that fabric is really cheap and terrible and ugly, and the buttons are horrible to complete misrepresentation of the products and then, what they don’t tell you on their website is that you have to ship it back to “China“ which is never mentioned the address in Arizona they say is not their address. They want you to go through the expense of returning things to China because it’s gonna actually cost you more than the products cost although they do have an address in Arizona and legally if that’s where their US address is, you should be able to ship back to that address but this website is a fake phony. It’s just a scam and the products are worth about five dollars instead of what they are charging so do not do not do not waste your money. Do not waste your money.

Scam!!! Be aware. This is my second time writing a review due to the fact that I have been asking for a refund since February, as my order supposedly continues to Get Lost!! Instead of being able to offer me a refund, they keep “fake” resending out my package. I payed through PayPal and had opened up a case file against them as well as notifying them that they should Red Flag any monetary requests paying out to Lilipretty. Please Do Not Order from them. You’ll never see your shipment. I would give them Zero stars if I could.

I don’t know what kind of store or scam is that. My package was shipped for the first time and lost by the carrier, and was shipped for the send time but I still waiting on the package. Customer service doesn’t reply the emails plus there is no phone number to contact them. Very frustrated and disappointed to say the least. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT SCAM WEBSITE.
