Scam!!! Clothes are not as seen in the photos. No return option. Save your money

Total scam. Ordered One item from this site for 50$. Once I read the reviews, I wanted to cancel my order - they said the best they could offer was 8$ off my next order. When I replied no to that offer, I heard nothing back. The order has never arrived and it’s been a month. The shipping tracking says it is shipping from Los Angeles but it has not moved this entire time. I disputed the charge with my bank to get my money back.

This is a scam!!! I ordered 2 dresses, paid $120 and received only 1 poor quality see-through item which is not what I paid for! Poor communication and will not refund. Save your money.

Negative 5 stars! This company is a total scam. Clothing is very cheap, far less quality than SHEIN. They will not refund unsatisfied customers either. DO NOT order!!!! Nothing comes as pictured, the item reviews on website are all fake. I wasted $200. They offered me $8 refund or a coupon to reorder. Scam.

Orders come direct from China, takes weeks to receive an order. No returns or store credit is given. Clothes are cheaply made. Would not recommend.

This is a SCAM!!!! Please save your time and money and stay far away from them. I ordered a dress that was $50 and after 4 weeks when it finally arrived it was awful. Where do I begin? The quality was trash, I could probably make something much better myself. Looked nothing like the picture, I didn't even want to put it on to try but when I did the size was completely off! I wouldnt even spend $5 on such a thing. When I contacted them after many emails and posts on their social media they said the following: "s******@lilipretty.com> Tue, Jun 15, 4:42 AM to me Dear customer, We are very sorry that the product has left you unsatisfied. The return address is in China. We can give you a coupon for your next order, you keep the item and sell the item to the others,is it OK? If you wanna return,we are afraid you should pay for the postage ,the postage is also very expensive , It is not worthwhile，how do you think about it? sorry for the inconvenience caused. Have a nice day!"

Lilipretty is a SCAM!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY THEIR CLOTHING!!! It’s cheaply made, not the right sizing and not the right colors - looks NOTHING like what’s shown on their website! AND, they will not give you a full refund on your items unless you pay an OUTRAGEOUS amount of money to ship them back to China! They should be shut down!!!

If I could give -4 stars I would!!!!! they are advertising all over social media but they are from China! They will not return anything and the clothing is pure and utter sweatshop garbage, worse than forever 21×1000%! I spent $400 and when I opened the package I immediately knew that every item was terrible quality and before I even tried on one item I emailed them for a return label and they responded they do not provide return labels nor do they pay for return because it’s in China so I had to pay $75 and open up a case with PayPal, Facebook and Instagram!!! Do you not buy any of their crap!!! Please do not buy anything, I had 15 items and I sent every single one back and they still would not give me a refund, I ended up having to get a charge reversal through PayPal Credit because they are insured through the FDIC like a bank so that was my last resort.
