Awful! Awful customer service. Make sure you are 1000000% before buying. They make it impossible to return and you have to pay to send it back overseas which is bull shirt for a shifty cheaply made product. Go with a different company/ brand. I wish I would have read reviews before spending money on this fudged up china town company. Told them to cancel my order because it wasn't going to make it to me in enough time for the event I needed the item for and they disregarded what the CUSTOMER WANTS. They sent the shirt anyways then told me I couldn't return it. What the fudge!? DO NOT USE!!!! PS you can't use curse words in the reviews!

I purchased a white jumpsuit and was sent a pink, horrific jumpsuit. I followed the businesses process for a refund and finally after a back and forth to ensure they had all the information, they informed me I would have to pay for shipment back to China which is extremely expensive so I might as well just keep the jumpsuit and accept a discount on a future product...

Do not order from here!! This company is a scam- their customer service is awful and they will not give you your money back for a return and in order to return your items, it costs $150 to send back to China.

Don’t ever buy from this company it’s a fraud. The quality is very cheap and they will never return your money back the worst company ever.👎👎👎

Terrible. Clothes has nothing to do with the website picture. Cheap material. Don’t want to refund you saying many times the shipping is expensive etc. they try to convince you to keep their horrible clothes. I’m still waiting for my refund and is been 3 months. I paid 35,00 for the return shipping and my package is been held at china customs for more than a month. I don’t know why. I’m supposing they gave me a wrong address or something so I won’t get my refund. Crazy. I’m so pissed. Bad horrible experience. Don’t never buy anything from them. How I regretted. I should have read the reviews.😡

Received today! Total waste of money. All items are see-through… cheap cheap cheap! Australian buyers pls do not trust. If u live in Oz go local …. Showpo aus or iconic… products are as pictured and great return policy!
