I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased an item it was too big and awkwardly shaped. Requested instructions on how to return and they basically said why and requested I take a picture. They then suggested I keep it because I would have to pay to ship it to China for a refund. I’ll stick with Amazon from next now on.

Return policy is a joke. You have to ship it back to china at your expense. They communicate via terrible emails (bad english, lame instructions, slow to respond). Avoid this vendor at all costs.

There is no way to return items. Wish I had read reviews. before purchasing. The phone number is for China. and the fit is very small for the size. Glad I only ordered one inexpensive item.

ABSOLUTELY the worst vendor ever. Ordered 5 dresses. I am a size 10-12. Ordered XL and ALL OF THEM were cut for a size 6 max. Tried to get return authorization. Was told via email to send photos. Did that. Was offered to keep all dresses and get $4. I don't want the dresses OR $4!!! I want to be refunded. I can also ship items to china ON MY DIME. We all know how that will go. OOOPS never got the dresses back.... DO NOT - I repeat DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES purchase from this pretend company. TOTAL GARBAGE. Dresses look nothing like the pictures, the fabric is cheap to say the least and they are 4 sizes too small. Not worth it. Buy and Try local.

Item was bait and switch - dress was not same material or quality as advertisement. The item pictured in Lilpretty was a pink dress with a crepe, sturdy, material. I received a cheap polyester knock-off poorly executed and sewn. I would include pictures, but can’t as this platform does not allow for it. When I tried to return it, they offered me a $10 refund on a dress that cost $45. I checked with the USPS. The cost to ship this back to China where return address is listed was $30. Stuck with $45 ugly dress.

The companies return policy is this. all spelling errors are from their response, not mine. Both items I received were a size large. One fit awkward over my bust and one I couldn't get over my hips. I am a US medium-large. "Dear customer, We can refund you full amount of the items after you return back it , but you should pay for the postage. But the posatge also very expensive , we do not recommend it . and if there is custom problem , you will responsible for it .the custom fees also very expensive". They offered to refund me $4 for my $75 purchase. Then $7 when I questioned it. I know you always take a risk with these websites, and this review is so others don't have to.

If I could, I would give less than one star. Shady company with no return policy and terrible quality of clothes.
