The worst online store I have ever ordered from! I ordered several dresses ($300 worth) for a wedding in June. The delivery arrived after 4 weeks and I didn't like any of the dresses (bad quality etc.). I wrote to support several times and they just wanted to offer me discount on my next order instead of return. At $300 and the poor quality of the dresses, this was out of the question. So after several back and forths they gave me a return address in China. I sent the package back there for another 50$ and have been waiting for a refund for 1.5 months now! I would advise anyone NOT to order from there!

I ordered 2 items & didn't like one of them. They won't let me return it - to be more specific they've offered my choice of $3 (item cost $45), return it if I cover the shipping to China, or 25% discount on another item. Why would I ever shop there again?

Is there negative stars?? I contacted the company for a return and received this response.. Dear Customer, We are very sorry that the product has left you unsatisfied. Return is accepted, but you need cover the return shipping cost.the return address is in China. For your benefits, we suggest that you consider keeping this item to avoid the costs involved with returning it. We've come up with some offers for you: 1.We can refund you 3$ as compensation and you keep the items,is it OK? 2. Offer you a 25% discount coupon which could be used for next order. 3. Return the item back to us, the return shipping fee is at your cost. The refund of the item price will be issued after return package delivered to us. Would you please advise which offer you will take? So basically I’m stuck with a $45 dress that’s too short.. and I’m only 5’4”. Quality is awful and obviously the return policy is a scam.

Dress came but looked nothing like the dress I ordered. It was 3 sizes too small. I paid £35 and the return to china it would have me much more so they gave me a partial refund to keep (a useless dress) which worked out to be £3.50. Never again will I but from this site

HORRIFIC! PATHETIC QUALITY AND NO ABILITY TO RETURN. WANTED TO GIVE ME A $3 credit on a $45 PURCHASE! WILL BE THROWING DRESS IN TRASH, YES THAT BAD!

This company is crap, they charge three times the cost of the same items that you can find on Amazon. Then they failed to tell you that in order to get a full refund you have to ship your items back to China for five times the cost of what the clothing cost from the start. So after about 3 to 4 weeks of waiting when I finally received my items, they were complete garbage and were ill fitting and made poorly and requested a refund. My order was $131. When I tried to call customer service I couldn’t understand anybody so I emailed them. The company kept sending me emails saying they give me $10 refund then a $30 refund then a $60 refund. I stuck to my guns and requested a full refund. When they refuse to do it, I contested the charge with PayPal and pointed out that the company never disclose they are located in China prior to ordering items. PayPal issued me a complete and full refund!!!
