DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! horrible quality, damaged items. Horrible customer service. They say they do returns but you have to pay the $40+ shipping charge. I paid $13 expedited shipping for my item to get to me in time and it rook over a month when they told me 7-10 days. My item was damaged and they offered me a $3 refund on a $42 item. This company is ridiculous, don't do it.

Poor quality of fabrics are used and if you try to return it, they will offer you five dollars to keep the item because you have to pay for postage for it to go back to China which they claim is much more expensive than the $35 dress that I purchased that is the size of a crop top!

Horrific return policy. Clothes never arrived in time. Quality is cheap cheap cheap. They fail to properly disclose their no refund no return policy. I’ve notified the Better Business Bureau Facebook and Instagram. Foreign account with zero integrity.

When i received my item it had a red stain on the lapel. I contacted them, sent a pic of the stain and they offered my a $5.00 refund. The item cost $45.00.

I bought three outfits from lilipretty.com, in the pictures they look great. However, when I received my order 6 weeks later, I found that the quality was awful, one of the three outfits was okay, but still much lower quality then shown online, two of the outfits didn't look anything like their online pictures. They do allow returns, but you have to pay for the return all the way to CHINA. Buyer beware. You are better off paying a little more for a more reputable online retailer.

J'ai commandé un gilet, et ai reçu un produit qui n'a rien à voir avec la photo présentée sur le site. La couleur, la coupe, le décollé et la taille ne sont pas conformes à la photo. Il n'y a pas d'étiquette de marque, et l'étiquette de composition est coupée. Le site me propose 4$ de dédommagement (pour un gilet à 40$), un bon de 25% sur le prochain achat, ou un remboursement. Sauf que les frais de réexpédition sont à ma charge, et l'adresse est en Chine. Il m'en coûtera donc quasi le prix du gilet pour le renvoyer, ce qui est absurde et malhonnête. Le site ne reconnaît absolument pas la tromperie sur la qualité, et compte selon moi sur le découragement devant les conditions de retour. Il est également impossible de publier un avis sur un produit! J'aurais aimé pouvoir illustrer cet avis avec des photos!

I just received a sweater. Very disappointed. The sweater has nothing to do with the advertise picture . Will never order from them again. 1 star is too generous. It does not deserve any star at all.

I wish I could give less than one star. Product in the picture has NOTHING to do with the reality. Received the most cheap thing ever, different fabric, different model and terrible finish and stitching. I reached out to refund, they said I have to pay shipping back and they said that will be very expensive, they offered a 3-5 dilllar refund on an order of 45 dollars.. seriously!!!
