Terrible terrible company, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY. They won’t refund you but maybe 3-5 dollars and the stuff they sell is made with the crappiest material ever and always late. You can’t even track it if you return it or order it. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!

Horrible, unethical company. Warning: Do not order from Lilipretty website! I ordered 2 dresses and only received one. They refuse to refund me for the dress I never received. In addition, the one dress I did receive has a hole in the pocket and is made very poorly. They are insisting that I pay the shipping back to China which is around the same cost of the dress ($37). Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!

I brought a dress that arrived 6 weeks later and mysteriously was despatched 2 days after I complained. When the product arrived it was nothing like I had ordered (except that the print was yellow) The material was a very poor quality non cotton. I tried to return it but it is not possible as they expect you to return it to China and pay return. I was offered s 5 Euro refund which didn’t turn up. I didn’t check reviews before ordering which is now what I do and thank you trust pilot for this resource to warn others. I now see this is a particularly poorly reviewed company.

Horrible quality. Whatever is pictured is NOT what you will receive. The only way to get your money back is to return it to China. However, it is delived from Illinois. Go figure. Never never order from Lilipretty/Liliugly!

They don’t even deserve a 1 star!!! THE MOST HORRIFIC COMPANY!!!! The quality of the stuff is laughable. I spent 52$ on a dress that turned up and I wouldn’t even put my 5 year old niece in it for a fancy dress outfit it was that bad. They clearly know when you buy it that you will want to return it. When you ask for a return they say they HIGHLY RECOMMEND not to send it back due to the costs. They clearly know how S**T their products are. So they offer you a tiny compensation. They are steeling peoples money, that’s how they make money! Robbers!!!!! I’m going to do everything in my power to close these companies down!!

I ordered my dress for my bachelorette party on February 13th.. it is now March 21st and I have not received tracking information or delivery status.. NOTHING. I have sent two emails asking where my dress is, they said they will send me tracking info after 48 hours... well it's past that now. This dress was $40 and I am about to contact my bank to get my money back.. this is just ridiculous.

Bought two dresses and read return policy that says “ In the event you are unhappy with your order, we are able to provide full refunds to customers once the products are shipped back to us”. Both dresses are of poor quality and a zipper is broken in one. When requested a return - was offered $4 on a $65 purchase. No where did it say I need to return my items back to CHINA!! Poor quality and poor customer service.
