Aucun retour n’est possible car le prix de retour est à votre charge et pour la Chine il est supérieur à votre achat. Pour un achat de 77€ ont me propose de garder ma commande avec un rabais de 7€😤😤 Très mauvais service client qui répond à vos messages mais ne vous apporte aucune solution à votre problème. Vous vous retrouverez donc obligé de garder des articles que vous ne porterez pas!!! NE COMMANDEZ SURTOUT PAS!!!!!

I returned a dress to this company on 13-03-24. I had been told it would okay to return and was sent the address. I have emailed so many times, they responded, saying they have not received the returned dress and please wait patiently. It is impossible to talk to anyone. I am still waiting for my refund. Really bad company, they scam you.

Inspite of the high price and nice pictures the quality is poor, especially the material. It is impossible to send it back to China. They write letters, to keep the products offering 4-6 dollars refund(!)instrad of sending back because the shipping is so expensive that you would pay as costumer. I would never order anything again.

I ordered one item, and they changed my order to two items. I have never received them.They're theives. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.Also, I've seen the same outfit u see several other sites with the same outfit in different colors on Pinterest. Am notifying Pinterest also that this is a scam. Got $80 from me!

Do not buy from this company! The product was NOTHING LIKE advertised, the fabric, colors and style was completely different from was I was purchasing. I also bought 2 sizes, a medium and a large, and they came more like 2x and 3x. I spent $71 and they offer $4 for compinsation. HORRIBLE company.

I ordered 2 dresses that looked great they in no way resemble the ones on the site they were almost 80.00 the fabric is shiney and sleezy more appropriate for a slip than a dress very out of date the size in no way corresponds to actual sizes an xl is like a 4 when I immediately wrote back furious about the the variables they offered me around 5.00 or to shio it to china.... but the shipping is 55.00 so it eats up the refund. that is the only option even though the return address was local so they did not get hit with a return cost !!! it was mailed locally

⚠️SCAM⚠️ Please listen to the other reviews talking about how useless this website ist. Not a single positive experience: - product quality is dreadful - customer service even worse - currently trying to solve this issue with third parties and might have to take legal action because they don’t do what the law requires them to. Do not order!
