The one-time 100 sat check only applies to sats that came from free faucet claims, bonuses, and game winnings. Those 100 sats are not a fee. They go into your balance and you can withdraw them together with your winnings. The check exists so automated accounts cannot drain the free faucet, which is what keeps the free part free for everyone else. You are right that the offers page should say this up front, and we are adding it.
