Disappointing Interaction
I am in the car industry, and we use Central Transport to ship vehicles to customers throughout the US and I already received a quote from them, so I wanted to shop it and see if it was comparable to ship my personal vehicle to AZ from MN. I found Lightning Car Transport online and requested a quote. I received a text 2 minutes later with a quote of $1950. The quotes I got through our account with Central Transport were much less (like $800 less). Then I get a phone call from a representative at Lightning. This post is because of him. Very rude. He told me I was being scammed by Central Transport even though I told him I have used them many times. He wouldn't let me talk, told me I was being scammed and that the $1950 that came through likely wasn't accurate. I told him what day I needed the vehicle in AZ by, and he said he couldn't guarantee it. I am not impressed one by their prices and definitely not by their representatives.
