Another disappointing experience.
Another disappointing experience. I received the bag, and I’ll be honest the bag itself looks good. The problem is, I still can’t confirm whether it’s real or fake. I did get confirmation that the packaging is fake. The specific Goyard bag I purchased does not come with a box when bought in store, yet mine arrived with one. I also learned that an authentic dust bag comes with a black pull tab, but mine came with a brown leather pull tab, which Goyard does not use. Communication was great at first they responded quickly when I asked questions about the bag. But the moment I emailed asking for a return, I was completely ghosted. It’s now been four days with no reply.

Your refund was actually processed a few days ago, and please note that credit card refunds can take several days to appear in your account depending on your bank. Regarding the packaging, the box was an additional complimentary item we included for you. As for the dust bag, Goyard has different versions distributed globally, and variations in pull tabs do exist among regions.
