It was easy to find the product I needed. However it was not clear to me that it was on back order until after I placed the order. Fortunately it arrived sooner than initially estimated.

Great product

> LS website advertised the item that I needed was available (no green or red lettering indicating how many you had - green - or that the item was on backorder - red -), so I ordered it on 04 APR 26, and LS thanked me for my "confirmed" order in an email... > 3 weeks later (24 APR 26) I receive an email that the item was not available from the MFR, and might take longer to receive - I thought this was weird, as the LS website indicated that you had it in stock. > I called LS and was told that the website showed (in red lettering) that the item was on backorder - it wasn't in "red lettering" when I ordered it (I told the customer svc rep)! > In any event, not impressed. > Today, I received the item...a mere 32 days after I ordered it - if it had been bread, it would be moldy.

I ordered 5 Bulbs and 4 were defective. I reached out to Customer Service and they not only replaced the 4 defective Bulbs but gave me 5 replacement Bulbs at no charge and free freight for my trouble. That is how Nordstrom's became so strong in the retail space; by making the customer feel satisfied no matter what the issue was. Customers will always remember how you make them feel!

Easy to navigate website Fast delivery

Large supply. The item I received was ordered from an old box I had from previous light bulbs. I have Edison bulb, clear glass, white light. The bulbs that arrived were Edison, clear glass amber light. I used the same #'s off the old box. I had to return them. That process was smooth. Great customer service.

Product had a fair price, shipped with no delay, and arrived undamaged. Lamps reduce electric use and last 10 times longer then the 300 watt halogen lamps they replace.
