I called just for info on a sink - weeks later I called to order the sink and the young man remembered our conversation and part number and wrote up the order in quick time. The sink arrived promptly and was just what I ordered. I wish I could remember his name (look at my order?) but at my age I am lucky to remember my own... I plan to continue to do business with Main Faucet. Can't beat working with knowledgeable people instead of a computer - refreshing!!!
