We ordered two sconces with crystal backing. In the initial order 1 of the 2 was damaged. With a couple of photos of the damage, Lighting City sent out a new sconce. Unfortunately, that sconce was also damaged and we had to send photos of the damage and Lighting City sent us a new sconce which was fine. None of the damage was due to packaging from lighting city, but from the maker Candace Olson--and I doubt that was from shipping either, but rather from securing the crystal to the chrome backing too tightly. But the situation could have been much more of a hassle, we could have been required to send the damaged good back and we didn't due to the very reasonable replacement policy. We were more than happy with their firm and would shop there again. They also had the best pricing on-line for that product anywhere.

My order came quickly and fully intact.

After searching for two days for a particular vanity light, I found it at Lighting city at a great price, around $70 less than everyone else.This made me happy. I received it promptly with no problems.

When I had an issue, they treated me me perfectly and very quickly.
