I have been working with Sam for about 1-1/2 years. I bought most of the lighting for a real estate condominium development project through Sam. Estimated spend approx $150,000. Sam is a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, professional, pleasant courteous. The only aspect of working with Lighting by Gregory that I dislike is that they have a rigid "no returns' policy. In today's world that is a disadvantage. The companies that compete with them for consumer business are mostly e-commerce and have liberal return policies. I had one accidental duplication of an order and it was a hassle to get a credit and rectify the accounting. Overall it was worthwhile for me to work with Sam and Lighting by Gregory because my project was long-term and complex. Their professional support and expertise made a difference.

It was excellent. One of the items was not in stock, they contacted me a day or two after to ask if I still wanted the items. I decided to get a different item, but instead of making me wait weeks for the item that was not in stock they kept me informed.

We ordered a number of items from Lighting by Gregory. We had problems with one of the orders - TWICE! The product was wrong. Customer Service sorted it all out.

Lighting by Gregory has a wide range of product. They are efficient at placing orders, but not at following up on order status or insuring large orders are delivered promptly. However, with a modest amount of follow up you usually can get everything resolved. Their product would be even better if they had a technical support individual who could help confirm substantial orders and communicate technical issues that may arise with a product (rather than the customer having to figure out/resolve them problem themselves).

This was a quick and painless process and we got a great discount, too!!

I would recommend Lighting by Gregory to anyone who wants to order their lighting via the internet.
