Prior to moving to a newly purchased apartment, i had hopped at LBG store on the Bowery here in NYC. And although I returned to the store several times to decide on different fixtures for my contractor to install, the staff was extremely helpful and provided up to date information on each product and subsequent deliveries. Unlike some other lighting stores along the Bowery, there were no high pressured sales pitches here. Prices we all discounted as well.

Viviane was extremely helpful in providing guidance and suggestions and working on alternative options when we ran into some issues with the product ordered. The vendor we selected was a challenge as it went from 2-3 week back order to a 2 month back order. Viviane was great in helping to find an alternative option as well as helping with general design options and worked with me on saving options. This is one area that may need improving as this is second experience where the vendor back ordered item was longer than initially expected. Kind regards, Sal

LBG has a great selection for if you're really looking for that one special fixture that you can't find just anywhere. I've bought a number of ceiling fans from them over the years and every one of them is stunning. Try finding that at one of those home improvement warehouses. I just bought one from them by MinkaAire, and it is a perfect addition to my living room. Kudos!
