We've had two good experiences at Lighting By Gregory recently. One was to purchase six new ceiling fans for our apartment. I went to the store to buy them and got good advice and service from one of their very experienced salespeople. The other purchase was online -- for new wall switches for the fans. That was fine although their online sales aren't at the level of most online stores -- it took more than a day to get a confirmation and, when I called with a support question, I was shuttled around to 3 people before I got an answer. The other disappointing thing is that, when I set up my online account with them, they sent back a confirmation email that showed both my email address and password. The latter was bad security practice. When I sent a note to their online support email, I did not receive a reply. In sum, LBG is a good store but exercise a bit of caution if ordering online.

The consulting salesman was very helpful, Listened to what I was saying and wrote a Proposal for me to take home. Waiting time was minimal and he was honest to the best of his ability.

Recently I broke one of chandelier glass and needed replacement, those people ware very helpful and fast in action . Thank you !

Staff was helpful. Didn't have to wait long. Answered all questions.

I am pleased to say they are a cut above the lighting vendors I have used in the past. I speak to them a couple of times a week and enjoy working with them.
