After a number of months, the transformer and one of the lights on lighting I purchased through Lightening By Gregory developed problems. I contacted them and, after some back and forth with a salesman, ended up with the customer service group. They were very responsive: they contacted the manufacturer and followed up with them to make sure the problem was resolved. Area for improvement might be on follow up/setting time frames. But over all very pleased with the support.

Besides the excellent selection from track lighting to recessed lights. Our salesman, Sam, was right on in all his advice! See him!

Fast and sensitive serivice

I received my lighting for one of our jobs right away and unfortunately I had purchased the wrong item. They helped me to overnight the correct item and did not charge me a restocking fee for the return item. Was a pleasure working with them.

When I received my Red Minka Aire, I was so excited and couldn't wait to get it installed. The product is beautiful. However, the manufacturer had packed a mix matched set, red base and Koa wood blades. Because I ordered online and it was a week before Christmas, I figured I won't be able to speak to a live person and my replacement fan won't arrive before the New Year. Well, I was wrong. Not only did I have a live person. She was very friendly and helpful. I snap a picture of the product and sent it to her email as requested. The next day, I received a reply that my blades will be replaced. And I received them before Christmas. They fix the problem quickly with no hassle.
