Lighting By Gregory has beautiful stuff. I'm a big fan of Tech Lighting, and they've got everything to look at. All's well until you have a problem. Recently I needed replacement transformers and none were in stock. When the order came, the transformers were incorrect. I had brought an old one with me and showed it to the sales person. I had to argue to get him to take it back and re-order without being charged. This was NOT my error. The sales person actually told me I hadn't brought my sample on my first visit. So not only was this unpleasant, but I had to wait a month for the two orders and make four subway trips. I have had similar problems here before with incorrect orders and ensuing arguments. I ordered Lightolier brand lights and did not read the fine print that returns for this brand have very specific rules and often can't be returned. The lights are not ideal but I am stuck with them. Otherwise, service was ok.

The company is great and have ordered from them before, but I ordered a wrong item and am awaiting refund till this day (over a month already).
