Our salesperson was Viviane. We selected several items, one turned out to be a discontinued floor model. It was sent to me by messenger in an unmarked box (actually had a FEDEX label on it from someone to someone, nothing to do with me or your store) packed, sealed, delivered by messenger to my package room with NO IDENTIFIERS. I examined it, could find no evidence of who sent it or to whom, told the package room to send back to FEDEX. Viviane is trying to blame me or my building staff - totally unprofessional, unacceptable. If I had opened that package it and it was not meant for me it would have been a federal offense and for all I knew, a security risk. YOU CANNOT SEND SEALED PACKAGES WITH NO IDENTIFIERS. Totally unacceptable.

Ordering was smooth with salesperson at lighting by Gregory, the issue began when my contractor whom had installed the tech lighting system before, found an issue with the remote transformer I purchased from LBG, I reported the problem to LBG and was told to bring it in for testing, which I did I was spoken to over the phone and in person as if I were a child, or couldn't understand English, they were very condescending. I was told there was nothing wrong with transformer and sent on my way with no real help!! I will never shop there again, I am also on the board of a large nyc coop and ask often about my totally renovated apartment including the elegant lighting we selected, I will never recommend LBG

I ordered a George Kovaks bath fixture. It arrived, I examined it, repacked it in its original packing and mailed it back for a refund. They refused to refund my money because they said it had been installed, which it wasn't. I had to threaten legal action and a bad YELP review before someone listened and then refunded me the total less a 25 0/0 restocking fee(read the small print)

After 3 weeks have not received item above.

I thought I was buying a floorlamp and just got the base. This could have been prevented by showing a photo of the base alone. Instead the photo showed the floor lamp. very misleading.

Still waiting 2 weeks later for info to return one lamp, unopened, at 25% restocking fee plus I get to pay all shipping fees. Crazy process, rudely worded emails. Won't be ordering any other lighting for my home remodel from this company.

Sales people not helpful, called and called to get product I wanted.Finally found someone who told me one light cover was in stock and would send out. Waited from June till September with no updates - I called and was told it was on backorder and would send out in August. Then wrong cover was sent. When I called again, I was told that its out of stock. Had to order 3 covers to match the cover you sent in error.
