I got great service but unfortunately lights for the wrong track set up. I hope I can correct it!

Viviane was very helpful in assisting us in selecting a light for our daughter's bedroom and also expedited an order for replacement parts for a kitchen pendant at a reasonable cost (the price matched prices quoted online). We are also happy with all of our previous purchases from Lighting By Gregory, which includes other bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom fixtures, which is why we are willing to go to the NYC lighting district, skipping more local options.

We needed a bunch of different lighting systems for our new apartment. The choice was there - every type of product and every style. Viviane was awesome, very helpful, very professional. strongly recommend this store.

Item I needed was long out of production. They got me to the manufacturer who managed to find me the last two remaining pieces. Without the assistance of the Lighting by Gregory people i never would have found what I needed.

Called for a particular track light and gave part number to cs. Turned out part number I gave was wrong. Cs informed me of correct part number and I had my lamp within a few days.

We are return customers for one important reason: the vast selection allows my husband and me to find something we can both agree is perfect! The salespeople are knowledgeable and patient. This is not Home Depot, so the fixtures are not inexpensive, but for what you're getting, the prices are reasonable.
