She found it for me, followed up with me the next day, and took care of all the paperwork, payment, shipping, etc. This was all done long distance, through email and over the phone. I bought all my kitchen lights from them several years ago. That was a complicated purchase and the salesperson was patient and figured out the solution to all the problems. I was looking for a replacement shade for one of the fixtures and wasn't able to find a match online. When I called, the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and was able to find what I needed. Delivery was faster than I expected. Altogether I would definitely recommend this company...both my experiences have been excellent.
