What can I say, these days one is so surprised and applicative when you receive great customer service. From start to finish my experience as customer with LBG was text book. LBG actually answers the phone promptly (no recording referring you to a website or otherwise dismisses you.) Very knowledge, courteous and efficient. Again, prompt precise follow-up once order had been placed, product was delivered all components accounted for. This was my 4th purchase from LBG and I share my experience with other people in my business (hospitality). There is no reason for me to look elsewhere for any of the products that LBG sells. Great service = customer loyalty deservingly so. I look forward to my next purchase. Thank you.

It was a busy day the Sunday we were shopping at Lighting by Gregory, but we kept busy looking at the huge selection. Finally, we were helped by Viviane a sales specialist, she was worth the wait, as she knew her stuff. We were shopping for lighting fixtures for a condo we purchased in Fort Lauderdale. Viviane took the time to listen to our needs, make suggestions and educate us on different types of lighting. Bottom line we purchased 7 fixtures, She arranged all the shipping to FL, everything arrived in great shape. We just got all the lighting installed, WOW, they all look AMAZING and support our lighting needs. I'm shocked at how expensive quality fixtures are, but once they are installed you can clearly notice the difference between a $30 HD/lowes sconce and $200 quality one. We are very happy we purchased what we did, grateful we met Viviane and glad Lighting by Gregory had a great showroom.

Staff is very knowledgeable about the products and helped us pick the perfect lights for our project.

I had a couple of tricky lighting situations and was incredibly well helped by the team, especially David, who is so knowledgeable. I learned a lot about lighting and especially some LED options that I didn't think would match my tastes. They ended up being great options. Along the way, there was a hiccup with a delivery on an item and I don't think they could have done more or better to resolve it quickly. Give them highest marks.
