Terrible Experience Definitely Not Recommended
My initial impression of Lighthouse was very positive, I valued having a local establishment for paper goods. However, my subsequent experiences have been significantly negative. On several occasions, upsetting incidents occurred, yet no apology or acknowledgement was ever extended to me. I encountered passive-aggressive behavior from the owner, characterized by contempt, consistent sarcasm, and a generally nasty attitude. These interactions led me to believe that there is a pattern of encouraging unkind behavior within the business, fostering an environment that felt akin to a "mean girls" dynamic. This was particularly concerning in light of their disregard for abusive behavior by teachers they hire. It is my sincere hope that this feedback encourages the ownership to reflect on their values and customer service approach, as well as the overall atmosphere they cultivate for patrons.
