Alan at the lighthouse was great. I would never use another locator, I felt like I made a friend after talking to Alan. He even checked on me after my move, gave me great advice about my puppies, and helped me after I moved.

Matt and the Lighthouse team turned the nightmarish experience of moving into a streamlined and effective experience for me. Matt scheduled a day of tours for me and even made A FREAKING EXCEL SPREADSHEET to show me locations, square footage, rent specials, etc. For each place. This is a service I would've PAID for, especially being from out of the area, but they instead paid me! I was skeptical at first but now I can't imagine how anyone could do this on their own. You guys are responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough, and I can't thank you enough!!!

Had another locator with another company helping me but never did a thing, as soon as I found Alan with Lighthouse, man o man I was excited. He started working right away WITH RESULTS. I cancelled the other locator and within a couple of hours Alan had a list of places and by the end of that first week I had made my decision and signed a lease. Alan Chang was very patient, kind, provided great service and was very knowledgeable about his profession. I would definitely recommend him in assisting you with finding a place to live. Unlike most agents he works around the clock and responds to emails at 2a.m. He was great!
