I was referred to LightHouse by a friend who previously used Alan’s services. Things could not have gone any easier or smoother. His list of possible places to rent checked every box I gave him. He called ahead to let them know I was coming, and his follow-up after I moved into my apartment was spot on. If you need to eliminate stress and hassle, Alan and Lighhouse is a great choice.

It's a excellent service they kept in touch always and as soon as I moved in they were on it to get my money to me. I will surely use and recommend this service 👍🏾

Lighthouse Helped me find a home for me and my son! They were amazing about many different resources! They help me find my home quickly and with everything I asked for! When I decide to move again or if I do I will definitely be using that house again!

Allen and the team did a great job helping me find an apartment…and getting cash back was a great perk. I have major respect and admiration for the smaller businesses making a difference in the community.

This company helped me when I had a very serious situation with accomodation. I believed that nothing could change my situation, however I just forgot about rental agencies. I needed an accomodation in order to live in it, and I had to stay at my friend's house for couple of days until the agency would choose the apartment for me. This company handled thi task and recently I moved to new apartments. I'm really glad that I used the services which were offered by this agency, because they did everything quite fast and with a great quality.

This is my first time using lighthouse and overall, I’ve enjoyed my experience. There were a couple hiccups in getting my cashback, but the lighthouse team has resolved it! The online interface is easy to use and attractive. Hopefully they will have an app in the future.

Lighthouse is awesome -- maybe the only product experience I've ever had that is truly free lunch! Found a great spot to live, and got paid to do so. Great experience and will use again!

Love lighthouse, they really do give you cash back! REAL definition of good customer service. Alan goes the extra mile for his customer. I really appreciate it.
