Quick service and cordial staff..highly recommended. Only found one querry against limit of debit cards accepted for payment. Many a times i see "Payment declined by bank"

Volume - low quality
I complained that the quality of the sound was very low on outgoing calls, different from incoming calls where folks use my virtual number. I must say that the reply was immediate, I was sent a few suggestions as to what could be causing it. I wrote back and said that none of them applied to my case, then received another reply with the same info! I tried a third time and nothing. And no one has ever reached out to ask if the quality of their service has improved. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is due to the virtual number, since I am completely satisfied with that.

Your call quality depends very much on your Internet connection, so please make sure you benefit from the best connection or try different connections if you have the possibility to do so. You can also try placing calls using an Access Number, to see if the problem persists. You can find an Access Number close you your location on this page: https://www.ligaprobrasil.com/access_numbers_voice. cheap and ease to use
The price and facility to use worth the money. Sometimes the calls quality is not the best but anyway is a good option.
