Sue was very thorough in all the details and we are very pleased talking to her.

No communications and call backs with multiple emails. As soon you you enroll things change.Took us over 6 emails and 4 phone calls to finally cancel with you. Also people need to check on how many were sued by their cc company and how they were required to pay the taxes on the amount of money that was written off save... You don't come out ahead especially when your credit dives down so far by join these programs, you are far better working with your creditors by yourself. It takes longer than if you did a bankruptcy to recover.

I cannot yet attest to how well the program works, as I am new to the program. I can say that Zachary was amazing. He was patient and kind. He did not push or rush me. He answered every question thoroughly and honestly. I felt so good after speaking with him. He also makes a regular check in on me. If the program is as good as Zachary, then it will be fantastic. I have talked to debt consolidation companies before. This is the first one I felt good about.
