I was on hold for more than 17 minutes waiting for a response. I finally gave up. The rep called me back about 10 minutes later to tell me that my credit sucked, called me an idiot and a moron, and proceeded to talk over me for the next few minutes. My credit doesn't suck. I literally bought 2 brand new vehicles a month ago, with no money down, so there is clearly some sort of scam at work here.
