can’t say enough positive things about my experience with life wave mobility. From when Jonathan came out to assess my needs and give me a quote to when Manny came out To do the install, everything was completely positive. During the assessment, Jonathan insured the proper ramp was quoted and the measurements were correct. Manny went above and beyond during the insulation to ensure that I was able to access the ramp both from the house and the garage without any interference. He helped rearrange things to make things more accessible and safe. He was more than respectful, my property, and ensuring that no damage was done.After the installed, Jonathan insured that everything was correct and provide me with the documentation I needed to submit things to my HSA. I would highly recommend this company for any needs that you may have for making your home more handicapped accessible. If I could give them more than five stars I would!

We got an appointment set up within a few days of calling, and Jon Homra was great to work with. He answered all our questions, and assured us that the Bruno chairlift was an excellent product and that LifewayMobility was a good company that stood behind their products. We were able to get an installation date scheduled in a timely manner. Daniel J., the installer, was courteous and friendly, and showed up well within the promised time window. He got both stairlifts installed quickly, and Wes was delighted to test them out.

Installers Jorge and Kyle were on time and had the installation completed quicky. Adapted the ramp to fit over existing side walk, which was slightly off center. Looks goood.

The entire experience with Lifeway, from start to finish, was handled perfectly and professionally. Keith met with me to explain the stairlift installation, show us the stairlift in operation at his "showroom," and answered all my questions. On the day of installation, Jovan was professional, friendly, and quick to perform the installation. I would definitely purchase from Lifeway again, and I wholeheartedly recommend the business.

This was my first experience reaching out to Lifeway Mobility for a service repair call on my newly installed Bruno Stairlift. Manny was here when expected. He serviced the unit, explained the issue, and resolved the problem. He honored any warranty or service agreements, so there was no charge.
