When I got out of the hospital, I was a wheelchair. Impossible to get in and out of my house. Called multiple companies. This one was only one who could respond quickly - days instead of weeks. They designed and installed ramp quickly, making it possible to keep doctors appointments. Ramp works great. Jeff Cummings was very good to work with. He and his company were there when I really needed them!

The reluctant to have this ramp put in it was a necessity Brandon Gray came and introduced himself was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful and instructed me in the need of an electric wheelchair. He also was very kind and assisted me with my husband when we returned home from a doctors appointment, he helped me to get him in the house. Robert was so kind and helpful. These two make a great team. The ramp looks very nice. Look serviceable it’s 30 and I really would recommend this company.

Noel and Johnathan installed my chair lift efficiently and went over everything. I am very thankful that they took such good care of me today

Allan and KD did a great job with set up - they were polite and took the time to answer all my questions. They worked well as a team to get ramp set up in timely manner. Bill K and John B, the sales reps were also very polite and knowledgeable- only thing I wish would have been better communicated was that my doctor faxed a prescription prior to final payment (and I was under the impression that the tax would be waived prior to final payment if my doctor submitted a prescription for the ramp), but it looks like i was taxed according to my final receipt- I would only suggest to potential new clients to make sure (if you can get a doctor to write a prescription for the ramp) that the salesperson makes sure they do not charge you at final invoice. I only received a copy of my invoice after I paid, so the taxes showed up.

Josh did an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

Courteous, gave explanations easily, respected the house, cleaned up after. Came when he said he would. Like the product.
