Clean install with no visible damage to walls, etc. Lift chair rental availability is a very appealing option.

I contacted Freedom Lifts from San Diego to help my folks in Waterford get a stairlift installed. My 81 yr. young mom took a fall and spent a couple days in the hospital. She had some hip/back issues coming out and couldn't get up and down stairs to get in and out of the house. So I did a little "feedback" research and got a good feeling with Freedom Lifts. I contacted them to get some info. Jen was helpful and patient with my questions, so the good feeling got even better. I recommended to my folks that they set up the "evaluation" visit so they could meet the technician, get any questions answered and get a feel for the company themselves. They were very pleased with Jim (the installation technician). Mom said he was very thorough, patient, and nice. So they went for it and had the Bruno stairlift installed a few days later. The job went great! My folks were even more impressed with Jim, who they said went above and beyond to make sure the install was done the best way possible and that they were both comfortable operating the lift before he left. Mom also has macular degeneration so it's a little scary for her to sit down in the chair with her back to the stairs, but she says she can feel how sturdy the chair is which has helped her get over it. Today I called and she had just come back from lunch with a friend - first time out with a friend in three weeks - success! She has her freedom back so it's definitely money well spent. Life way helped us out with both a stairlift and a bathroom solution when my husband was suddenly taken ill and had unexpected mobility issues. Matt and Christine as sales and service contacts were professional, knowledgeable and sympathetically responsive to our situation. The two gentlemen who came out for the installations did a great job...again very professional and knowledgeable. Whole experience was five stars! Would recommend lifeway.

Lifeway Mobility was a life saver! We found out my husband was being released on Saturday and I only had 2 days to get my house ready for him. I called Lifeway Mobility and they sent someone to my house Saturday morning and within 2 hours they installed 2 stair lifts! This company is wonderful to deal with from the installer, sales person and person in the office that made this happen. Thank you, I highly recommend calling this company if you need anything.
