I was recommended to lifeway mobility through a friend, and I could not be happier with the experience I had. I am disabled and needed a piece of my tub cut out so I could easily get in and out of my tub. When I called lifeway, I got Jen and Jason on the phone, who were both so helpful and gave me all of the information I needed before setting me up with Dan, who was the installer that came out to do the work. Dan was kind, personable, professional, and respected my home and space the whole time he as doing his work. Anytime I had a question he would take the time to answer me in detail, and even helped me identify some plumbing issues I had. He really was so wonderful and he did a fantastic job on the tub! He cleaned up and got everything done in a timely manner, less than 4 hours to complete the entire job. Lifeway along with Dan, Jen, and Jason are a wonderful company who truly appreciates their clients and take great pride in their work. We highly recommend looking at their products and services if you are disabled and need your home modified to make day to day activities more accessible.

Best sales person: Michael. Followed up on my call after initial contact 2 years ago. No high pressure tactics. When we pulled the trigger to purchase, he came out and did his extensive measurements. He sent a good team (Dave & Mike) who did an amazing install and orientation to the chair. The curved rail looks great and is solid enough for up to 400 lbs. One day after a small plate just barely touched the kill switch (which is safety feature to stop chair when obstructions are encountered), I called for service and Jose was there 3 hours later and not only solved the problem in about 2 minutes, but he also readjusted the chair to fit better to my 5 foot tall wife. Great customer service. Great technical service. Worth every penny to have EHLS team in our corner. We had considered a ranch house due to my wife’s having some issues with stairs. This investment was much cheaper and less disruptive than the stress of moving and paying real estate commissions. (My wife is a retired Nurse and I am a retired physician. We are really picky about staying in our home and this chair will really help us to stay.)
