Installation was done on time, neat and professional. Needed to have them come back because the unit quit working. Service people came right out and fixed the loose wire. Great people!

EHLS was very responsive, coming out within a couple days of my call to measure for the chair lift. The installer arrived promptly just a week later and accomplished everything including a demonstration of the operation in about 2.5 hours. The system is very sturdy and operates smoothly. We are pleased with the product.

Nothing but praise for the product and the staff. Technician who installed my lifts was professional, efficient and patient (I'm old, crochety and ask a lot of questions). The lifts work perfectly and are a blessing to my knees and back. I highly recommend their chair lifts.

From our initial appointment with Brian to measure mom's stairs to the efficient and careful installation by Jesse T, the company has a great mission -- to help your parent stay at home. Jesse was clear, knowledgeable, spoke loudly and slowly--all good things when helping a senior with a new device.
