As usual the technician introduced himself, friendly and patient with a barking dog the whole time he was here. I went from a non working chair to working, clean and greased chair. He said he did what should be done once a year. Lifeway Mobility has been very professional for the last 15 years. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a stairlift.

John and Ivan were pleasant and efficient. They removed the rail and chair quickly. I was sorry to have to remove the stairlift, but my husband has passed and we are selling the house. That chair was a lifesaver for my husband and he could not have made it up and down the stairs without it. Thank you for your excellent service.

Raul was early for the appointment time. He was organized, efficient and provided good instruction before leaving. He was kind and courteous to my husband and I. The Stair Lift was an exception piece of equipment & is not intrusive on our stairway.

Joe was fantastic! He was a great installer. He answered all my questions. He was courteous, thorough, neat, professional, and an expert at his job. You can tell he enjoys his work. Later that day: At the top of the stairs when I was ready to come down, I had forgotten that you press down on the lever and then release to swivel back to the operating position. I held it down for the entire swivel and then released so the chair kept beeping at me when I tried to descend. I called the number Joe had called me from that morning, thinking it was the office line and he picked up but it was almost 4:30 and he was home. Yet he talked to me until I understood what I was doing wrong. That was going beyond and I really appreciated it, otherwise I would have been without the chair over the weekend and who knows for how many more days. Thanks again, Joe, for being so nice.
