Fast And Excellent Customer Service
My elderly Mom recently took a fall on her stairs and cracked a couple of vertebra. Since her bedrooms are all upstairs, getting a stair lift became an immediate priority. I started looking at area providers, and found that most had wait times for installation of a month or more. I contacted Lifeway and reached Mindy, who spent a lot of time discussing options, and then assured me that I could get installation within two weeks. The next day, I was contacted by their sales rep, Mark, who went through options, and after sending him a video I had taken of the staircase, he gave me a quote, sent an agreement via email, and said the scheduler would contact me with an installation date. Katy called two days later, and the installation was scheduled for less than a week later! The appointment window was from 1100-1300, and Mike the installer was right on time. He was finished in a few hours, and the chair is exactly as described, and easy to operate. I am very happy with the service I received from Lifeway beginning to end!

Few months use
We rented their stair lift for a few months while my mother in law recovered from an injury. Lifeway was very easy to work with and accommodate our needs. All of their installers and estimates were extremely nice and a pleasure to work with

The team did an excellent job in designing and installing our ramp!! They answered all of our questions and did an outstanding job with the whole project !!. They left their work area cleaner they found it. They were very pleasant to talk with!! We were made very comfortable with your product and the durability of the ramp. Thank you for making me feel secure about the important tool to help my wife in getting around and have more freedom to leave the house and get back in on her own Thank you, Bob.

I am so so so pleased with Lifeway
I am so so so pleased with Lifeway. First of all just talking to Jennifer. She is so helpful. Next the gentleman who came and installed for us and at our church. He is wonderful. They care about their clients. I would highly highly recommend this company.
