I found the company to be helpful whenever they contacted me. David, our Accessibility Specialist, was very patient with us. I initially contacted the company back in January 2022 to get a stairlift for my husband. My husband did not think he needed it, so I to put this project on hold. Big mistake. It became pressing for my husband in August 2022 and was finally willing to get the stairlift. David was prompt in doing the final measurements. The stairlift arrived in the anticipated timeframe. Jessica let us know when the unit was to arrive at their facility and immediately got us scheduled for the installation. Erik and Luis installed the unit. I was impressed how quickly they were able to install the unit. They were neat and cleaned up before leaving. They took the time to show us how to properly use the stairlift and to maintain the unit. They were polite and courteous whenever we asked any questions. The entire team we worked with were fabulous. Everyone I talked to were great and did not disappoint. I highly recommend Lifeway Mobility. Oh, by the way, my husband is very happy with the stairlift and realized we should have acquired it sooner.

Good information for what I need.

On October 20th, I bought a lift chair for my mother. I was so impressed by the professional staff, they are very knowledgeable about the lift chairs and explained all the functions and demonstrated how to use them. They are a family owned business and made me feel like one of the family. They are all so welcoming and kind. The chair is wonderful and I would recommend this store to everyone. Thank you so much!

Great product. The installers, Matt & Miguel were awesome. They are knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. A credit to lifeway Mobility!
