The installation was wonderful
The installation and the gentleman who installed my unit was wonderful, on time, fast and knowledgeable. Showed me how to use the lift, made a few minor adjustments to accommodate my 5’ 11 foot height ( long legs) The Salesperson on the other hand was slow in responding, didn’t return calls and just really didn’t show any concern about me not getting the call in regards to my installation date and time. Made a lot of excuses. If I could have went with another stairlift company that had financing, I would have. Would I recommend Bruno to anyone, that’s a big NO!
