Quality product and excellent installers. Reasonable and friendly.

The technician arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the stairlift installed!! He kept things clean while moving parts into the house, and cleaned up when finished. Also did a great job of explaining how it works. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this kind of assistance. The salesperson was also very helpful and responsive to get the lifts installed as quickly as possible!

Our installer, Lucas, was great. He was knowledgeable about the system, he was organized and very personable. He answered our questions and demonstrated how to use the equipment. I would recommend Lifeway Mobility for anyone with physical problems who want to stay in their home.

My experience with mobility has been positive from my first contact with the salesman to the installer, even when I created problems for them. They were very patient in helping me work through my problems. Justin Dunford installed my lift with competence and skill. He showed no impatience at the end when my payment method had a block on the debit payment amount. The problem was solved and Justin was then able to move on to his next job. Justin’s helper was equally as nice and friendly as Justin.

We needed a service tech to adjust the tracking on our Bruno Stairlift due to new flooring that was recently installed. Frank did an amazing job!!!

I need several home modifications for a family member who is severely disabled. Zach and Nick just installed a wheelchair ramp in my garage and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond what they were required to do, and did it in an efficient and timely fashion. I felt that they were courteous, skillful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Zach was also one of the individuals who installed a stairway chair lift in my home previously, and he answered some questions I had about it as well on the day the ramp was installed. Another note about Zach and Nick in particular: I am a person suffering from a disability as well, and I was just beginning the (somewhat painful) process of shoveling snow from my driveway when the men arrived to put in the ramp. While Nick moved things in my garage and did other preparatory work, Zach grabbed a shovel and helped me clean the snow in record time. I was very, very grateful for that act of kindness. Every employee of this company I have dealt with so far has convinced me that this is a person-centered company that employs kind as well as professional people, and that anyone who hires them is in very good hands.
