Robert James installed our Bruno Elan stairlift. He was very professional and courteous. He called before his arrival and was even early for the appointment. I need the stairlift for only a few months and chose to rent it. The price was reasonable and it will make recovering from surgery so much easier. Also the salesperson who came out to the house prior to our decision to choose Lifeway was nice to talk to, informative and not at all pushy. I would definitely use this company again.

Cortina called to let me know there was a cancelation and asked if I wanted my ramp installed today. I was thrilled! Kevin and Zack installed it. Kevin had to leave to get an extender for a.downspout, as it ended at the edge of the ramp. There was a hydrangea bush in the way, so they removed that. I am very pleased with it. The steps hadn't arrived so they will come back with those. The ramp itself.is about 4'.or 5' short, so they will have to come back with a piece for that. They even looked at my sidewalk salt to see if it is pet friendly so it will be ok to use on the ramp

This project came about unexpectedly, and Lifeway Mobility made it simple from the first phone call. The salesman, Justin, was knowledgeable, professional and (most importantly) not pushy! He helped us greatly in the expedition of this ramp installation, as we had a short timeframe to have it completed. The installation crew was professional, friendly and quick! They filled us in on everything we needed to know about our new ramp. I would recommend Lifeway Mobility to anyone in need of a mobility solution!
