Easy to set up the work for a new stairway into our home from the garage. They were flexible as to some changes we wanted. New stairs are sturdy. My only concern is that the wood on the stairs has a lot of rough edges, with possible splinters to catch on clothes or arms. And rough edges around the screw drill holes, again possible splinters. THose would have been easy to smooth out with a sander.

Good company with friendly professional staff and quality product. My wife's Bruno stairlift has been working out great so far.

My lift was installed about a year ago on the stairs to my deck in the back of my house. The EHLS technician installed my lift quickly and was pleasant and professional. Several days later, the lift would not work, so EHLS sent the technician back to fix the problem. He needed a part, so he found a workaround for me so I could use the lift in the interim. He returned several days later with the part and repaired the lift. It has worked ever since. The only other problem was that the cover kept catching on my stair railing and one time it ripped open before I could stop the lift. I realized i couldn't remove and repair the fabric cover without tools (it's bolted to the frame) so I contacted EHLS and asked whether they could replace it. They said they would do the labor for free, but the new cover would cost me $250. I declined, as I had already spent $5000 on the lift itself and couldn't afford to spend any more.

My only complaint is that the tech did not believe us when we told him what was happening with the units. He had to come out twice. That was a little frustrating. Otherwise, would highly recommend them!
