I was very satisfied with Consultant Mr. Kelly Butler he was very knowledgeable and professional about my needs in researching on the wright chair lift for my mom. Unfortunately I could not benefit from Lifeway Mobility services because my staircase was to narrow but the consultant Mr. Butler gave me insight on what I should do and in further looking for the right stair Lift. I highly recommend Lifeway Mobility services to anyone who's looking for that company that cares about your need in services. Thanks Lifeway!!

The technician knowing what he doing fast and helpful right on time

Five stars aren't enough for Humberto. He fixed my lift in the middle of May. He warned me that my lift might eventually need another fix, but it should last for about a year. Unfortunately, my lift stopped working a couple of days later. Humberto came back on May 24, which was a very hot day. I felt bad for him because he had to make phone calls in between to resolve the problem with my lift, which meant he was outside in the heat for a longer time. He was drenched in sweat but never lost his patience, which surprised me. I've always had problems with Lifeway Mobility. Every person who has ever come to fix my lift has had a bad attitude, didn't explain things well, and blamed me for things. These were just awful experiences. But Humberto explained and broke things down very well and professionally. Thank you, Humberto, for giving me my first positive experience with Lifeway Mobility. Please pay attention to Humberto's character and how he does his job because it's people like him that this company needs to hire more of. If I could make Humberto my personal lift mechanic, I would in a heartbeat! Thank you, Humberto, for your great service. Albin & Jordan came to install the Elan Lifeway stairlift in my parents' home on June 28th, and they were awesome! Albin & Jordan were so kind and respectful. I'm thankful for their attention to detail while the installation process occurred and that they were able to install such a high quality product.

Sales representative was very professional and knowledgeable about the stair lift. Installer did a professional installation and answered all my questions before he left. He made sure i was well versed in the operation of the stair chair before he left. My wife and I are pleased with its operation and hope it keeps us in our home for many years to come.

They showed up on time, did the work, and cleaned everything up when they were finished.
