Technician had to come on short notice because husband got to come home earlier than expected. Newly installed Bruno stair lift needed minor adjustments which Lifeway Mobility responded to in a timely manner. Technician Dan was thorough adjusting and explaining what needed adjustment.

CJ Barnes, who facilitated my purchase of a Bruno stair lift, focused on my own needs -- not on just trying to land a sale. There was no high-pressure or false promises, and she worked to arrange a fair price for me. The installer, Robert James, arrived in the morning, earlier than I had been promised, and finished the job within two hours, sooner than I'd been told to expect. This was great, because it freed up the rest of my day. Robert was courteous, attentive, and competent, instructing me afterward about the stair lift's features and operation, stressing his availability to return if I had any problems, and leaving the house as clean as it had been before he arrived. Altogether, CJ and Robert were completely professional, and their service was first-rate. I give them and Lifeway Mobility my enthusiastic recommendation for anyone looking for a quality stair lift and reliable service.
