Nick Zannoni, Did a great job in installing our 2nd Stair lift for Down Stairs. I only have bathrooms of my older tri level upstairs and down stairs. I had one put on the upstairs 2 weeks ago on 9/17/24 than we found out that my wife Cathy had to get set for a complete spine replacement.and needed axcess to entire house or we would at the age of 80 have to sell our house and move to smaller place on one floor if we would be able to afford it loose all memories of raisin our family in this house. Nick made sure when he came not only that stair elevator was a match same color as one upstairs and had Cathy sit in it and new how to uss one down stairs with hand on experience. He checked measurements and made sure rails were right on rhe money befor he bought raiils and chair in for set up to thr donn stairs. He made sure set up detail care measurements of rail to stairs. He was quiet and efficient and detailed in his work and took lot of pride that job was done right. Lifeway mobility went out of their way Katy White Mgt.and Mathiew Radzinski made sure in less 48 hrs we had the elevator lift and Nick zanoni installing lift as she was diagnosed and getting set Complete Hip Replacement. Nick made sure that from the time he picked it and time installed was less 2 hrs Thank you all staff and Nick Zanoni for Dedication and to the people that make it happen and when emergency occurs and customer needs it fast because family has emergency Lifeway mobility was their Thank you Nick

Everyone was on time every time. Our new chair lift solved our mobility issues which was very important to us as we care for our loved one. It is a great product, easy to operate and it was professionally installed by a knowledgeable craftsman.

Kevin and Jake did our stairlift installation. They were efficient and courteous. Finished in about 2 hours just in time to help my mom have her first use to get downstairs.
