Armando was very nice and explained what he was doing. My lift is very old and he told me some things I can do to help extend the life of my lift.

Alex called in advance to say he was coming, got here as scheduled, handled our issues and serviced our chairlift expertly. Thank you Lifeway for being flexible enough to work around our schedule peculiarities.

Justin installed our stairlift today. He was professional, completed our installation timely and showed us all the features of the lift.

Thomas helped us figure out the perfect ramp for our front door and John did a fabulous job installing it the next day. It is perfect for getting my mother-in-law in and out of our house as she recovers from a broken ankle.

My experience overall was a very positive experience. I first met Glen who came out and went over every detail about the stairlift with me, he was very professional and answered all my questions I had. Delivery and install day I met Luis and Jon who installed my stairlift, they were great! They were on time, professional and friendly. They made sure to go over everything with me before they left and answered all questions I had as well. Thank you for a smooth and great transaction.

I would give greater than 5 stars if I could. Aaron Roth was a great help figuring out what I needed. Then Justin came out, finished my faulty installation of a second hand lift and provided two remotes to replace those I failed to get from the previous owner. All this without charging more than the initial service call fee. I hope I don't need them again but if I do, I'm confident they'll get the job done for me.

The sales rep Jennifer did a great job explaining the product and was very personable. Manny, the installer was professional and friendly. Explained everything to us and the finished install was perfect. If the product is as good as your employees, we have a winner!
