I appreciate that your original cover was different than is currently available; however, the cover you purchased and received is the OEM cover direct from the manufacturer. You cannot get a different OEM cover. The cover seals by resting on the edge of the spa; every model of spa has about 1-2 inches of overlap for this style of cover. Condensation depends on your climate and the time of year, as you have over 100 degree inside the spa. Our advertising is exactly what it says and is provided by the manufacturer; however, we are glad for your perspective as it is helpful for customers to understand the manufacturer has changed to a weathertech black poly cover and has discontinued the vinyl option. Thanks, the LifesmartOutlet.com Team

I am sorry for any delay you have experienced. I see your spa is at the local freight station. At this point, you should have received your order confirmation, an email reminding you of the lead time, an email with the tracking information, and you will receive a call from the Local Station to schedule your delivery appointment. Additionally, we sent the shipping update the Monday following your Friday inquiry. If you have any issues, we will do our best to walk them through to a solution. Unfortunately, we don't have tracking information until the manufacturer provides it to us. If you are missing any of those items, please let me know...I will follow up with an email to verify you have all of the information you need! Thank you for sharing your experience with LifesmartOutlet.com!

Thank you for your feedback of LifesmartOutlet.com. I am sorry for the lack of information on your parts order. We have just recently launched hosting the parts for the manufacturer, and they had not provided any lead times previously. We have now listed the expected lead for parts (2-3 weeks), and you your parts have shipped and are expected Monday! When the parts ship, we email you the tracking information so hopefully you have all of the needed information now. Thanks for your patience and we hope we can serve you again!

I am sorry for the delay on cover orders; unfortunately, each cover is manufactured upon the order, and the manufacturer is backed up creating extended lead times (which are also posted on the product page). That is a great note to be aware of the terms and conditions. We work to be very open and communicate on our terms and conditions and to confirm those terms before you can proceed with the purchase. I am sorry you were unaware of the fees, and also that you had to cancel your order. Thank you for sharing feedback for LifeSmartOutet.com.

We do apologize that shipping issues happen from time to time, but we were glad to cancel the order due to the disappointment of the delay. It is indeed a unique thing to happen, but it does indeed happen occasionally. Thanks, the LifesmartOutlet.com Team

I am sorry your spa is not ready in the time you had hoped. We clearly have noted on the product page 5-6 weeks for delivery, and you are at 4 weeks now (ordered on July 17). You spa ships Thursday, August 17, which is right at the estimated time, if not a little earlier. If we don't expect delivery within the estimated window, we will let you know! Thanks for sharing your expectations with us, so we can work to meet them more completely! The LifesmartOutlet.com Team

We are sorry your spa was delayed in production with the manufacturer; we offered to expedite another spa to be shipped at the beginning of the 7th week when it was apparent the production schedule was behind. We list our estimated delivery times and do our best to meet them, but we appreciate you giving us a chance to serve you and are sorry we could not deliver to your satisfaction. Sincerely, The LifesmartOutlet.com Team Update... I very explicitly offered to have a spa shipped immediately on the first day of the 7th week. I personally emailed you that the spa would be 4-6 weeks in production. You are correct that we send email campaigns to help you prepare for your new spa, and you can respond to any one of them if you have questions. We will always do our best to serve you to the fullest of our abilities. Whether it is to deliver you a spa, or to process a return/refund according to the terms and conditions. Thank you, The LifesmartOutlet.com Team
