The service person that I spoke to was very efficient. Very informative. And willing to answer any and all silly questions that I had. That was the first time that I called. The second time I called I actually ordered the hot tub with her.

Revised: We purchased the LS-300Plus 2-person plug and play 195 gallon hot tub 3 months ago so I’m giving a product review. Pros: it’s light enough to move with 2-people, jets are powerful, we like the water level when sitting down and the seat configuration, the seats are comfortable, the LED lights are awesome and we love how bright and colorful the different lighting options are. Cons: the tub itself is not smooth- it’s kind of rough but still really great, if I need the pump to run more (ie mix added chemicals or I need the ozone sanitizer to run) it heats the tub up past my set temperature and then turns off. I turn the pump back on and it raises the temperature higher before shutting down. I can cool the tub back down by leaving the cover off at night. Lastly, the cover I ordered with the tub is a tad too big and we can see steam coming from underneath the cover. Overall we are very pleased with the purchase and we are enjoying our new hot tub.

Thanks for taking the time share your experience with LifesmartOutlet.com! The lights should absolutely be able to shift through solid light colors to shifting light colors. If your control panel button is not working as expected, we can help you connect with the warranty support team. The spa will continue to heat when the jets run, though that is less of an issue in cooler weather. As for the cover, it is made specfically for the spa by the spa manufacturer to fit as needed. Spa covers are not made to seal the spa, rather to insulate. It is normal to have an 1" of space on any given side of the cover. I hope your experience continues to get better as you use your spa, but we are here if anything comes up for which you need assitance! Thanks, The LifesmartOutlet.com Team

I was having a difficult time finding the correct filter for my LifeSmart Playa. When I called the Outlet I was very pleased to be welcomed by Cynambra. She did her research and got back with me advising these filters would have to be special ordered from manufacturer. She made the transaction easy and it was super nice to talk with her.
