I placed the order a week ago and the only thing I’ve received was the confirmation of purchase. I called to check on the status of the order and the lady on the phone didn’t even take the order number, she said that a tracking number will be sent when the product it’s on its way, no estimated delivery, nothing. I hope the product arrives at some point, but so far, the experience have been poor
