My experience ordering from Lifesmart Outlet was flawless. I didn't require customer service support, so I cannot speak to that, but ordering was easy, shipping was fast in my opinion, and the delivery went well.

Just ordered. If the hot tub is on the same level as their customer service department I know I made the right choice!!!! Customer service is excellent!!!!!!!

I have never had a hot tub before
I have never had a hot tub before. I had a lot of questions. I called two times before I ordered, once to find out the exact electrical needs for this tub to pass on to my electrician, the second time to order the tub and accessories. Both times the people I talked to were very friendly, helpful, and patient with all of my questions.
